Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may cancel your order for a full refund. This must be before you receive your order and cannot be refunded at a later date. To do request this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and the team will be able to do this for you. Please read below for more information regarding our refund policy.
After receiving the request for your refund, we will cancel your order. Please allow at least 10-14 working days from the receipt of your cancellation request.
We are only able to offer full refunds for your item if you notify us at least 24 hours before your order collection/delivery date. Failure to notify us before then will result in you being charged for your order whether you collect/accept delivery or not.
We cannot ‘postpone’ your Home by Nico Experience to a later date should you miss the deadline to request a refund.
